The We Do Listen Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) Non-Profit Corporation.

OUR INTENTION is to enable children to enjoy inner peace and communicate in a more effective way.

WE CREATE entertaining educational books and songs to help children feel good about themselves. We donate these books to schools. So far, we have donated twenty thousand copies of Howard B.Wigglebottom Learns to Listen to elementary schools around the country. The responses from educators, parents and children to our books has been overwhelmingly positive.

LISTENING is the basis of all learning and communication. Everyone, regardless of age, personal history or background shares an acute need to feel acknowledged and heard. Effective listeners become more aware, focused, present, empathic and understanding. Even though listening is so needed and important, it is not taught as a subject in school or at home.

We are attempting to fill that void by helping educators and parents teach our children basic listening skills. Children who learn how to listen well, feel good about themselves and feel they belong. They grow up better equipped to resolve conflicts and will be empowered to change the world.

WE ARE A TEAM of educators, parents, children, artists, writers, psychologists and psychiatrists.  Most of us volunteer our time. We share a vision of a kinder world with more harmony and peace and a better life quality for everyone to enjoy.

WHAT WE NEED is sufficient funding to donate a copy of our books to every pre school and elementary school teacher in the country.
